WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED?  

My prefolded pocket squares are made-to-order by myself, alone. I strive to make every effort to process and ship your order within 3-5 days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: RUSH ORDERS ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE.  SEE THE LISTING IN THE STORE.
PLEASE contact me,  BEFORE you place an order if you have a "special event."    I strongly recommend an upgrade to PRIORITY or EXPRESS SHIPPING.
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship First-Class through the United States Postal Service. Multiple items purchased will be combined, and shipping will be calculated during the transaction.  Reimbursements are made for shipping overages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We ship International Global First-Class. Please allow 12 to 18 days (possibly longer) for receipt of your packages. Multiple items purchased will combine during checkout. Any overpayment in shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?

This rarely happens with my store. But, if your order is lost in the mail, and proven to be non-delivered via Delivery Confirmation, I will replace your order at no cost to you. However, with sincere regret, I cannot be responsible for lost packages that show "delivered" through delivery confirmation.  

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders, but we can work together to make things right.

WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE?

It is our sincere desire that you have a wonderful experience with carolbrownelegance. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact me, so that we can work it out.  Please understand that all items must be returned (UNUSED) within 30 days. Thank you!
