DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship First-Class through the United States Postal Service. Multiple items purchased will be combined, and shipping will be calculated during the transaction. Reimbursements are made for shipping overages.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, due to various concerns, we no longer ship International.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
This rarely happens with my store. But if your order is lost in the mail and is proven non-delivered via Delivery Confirmation, I will replace your order at no cost to you. However, with sincere regret, I cannot be responsible for lost packages that show "delivered" through delivery confirmation.
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders, but we can work together to make things right.
